Matt Pilsner > December 27, 2008 Real Hot Chocolate! A friend of mine gave me some discs of chocolate that were designed for grinding up and melting in hot milk. I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. The first try was a little bland because I had too much milk in it, but the second try was absolutely the best hot chocolate I ever had. Here's the website of the chocolate company: Taza Chocolate I also had some of their regular chocolate bars which are quite outstanding. It's a different texture, but very delicious.
