This shot is backlit by Dave Matthews on my TV. "I like my coffee with toast and jelly but I'd rather be licking from your back to your belly." -Dave Matthews That's probably my favorite lyric on the new album, Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. It comes from the song "Shake Me Like A Monkey" (Fast forward to 1:30)
Matt Pilsner > May 25, 2009 This was actually an interesting accident. I put blue gel over my flash, and I ended up with a really blue photo. Once I desaturated the blue channel, this is what I ended up with. I think this lacks an interesting composition, but I'll definitely be using this technique again.
Matt Pilsner > Feb 23, 2008 Water drops on my windshield. This was taken from the underside of the drops from inside my truck. I think it almost looks like a glass of seltzer water. I'm working all day today, so this came right out of my camera, and then I applied Smugmug's Auto Color to it. The original was just a little underexposed with less contrast. I might post another picture today. I'm going to try to take a few pictures of my dance show today. Then again, I might save them for tomorrow's photo.

Matt Pilsner > 10/11 "Up in my Grill" I'm not a huge fan of the previous picture, so I kept looking for another picture to take today. I saw this out over my balcony, and it reminded me of something I said last night when a patron at the theatre was in my face.
