Matt Pilsner > October 31, 2009 A Mum. I went to Whole Foods today and found an awesome mum bouquet for a pretty cheap price. Of course, I had to get it, even if it was for the sole purpose of taking photos. There's a few other photos, and there will be more in the next couple of days.
Matt Pilsner > 10/4/2009 I told you that there would be a lot of flower photos coming up. Today I put the flowers out on the porch to get some sun, and then I sat there with my macro lens, trying to look for something a little more abstract.

Matt Pilsner > September 30, 2009 Siamese Daisy SOOC, this is not Photoshopped... I found this weird flower in a bouquet at Trader Joe's, so I had to buy it. I also hoped that it would spark my motivation for macros. You may be seeing a bunch of flower photos from me this week. Here's another shot that shows the base and stem of the flower.
Matt Pilsner > April 2, 2009 This shot is from a couple nights ago at my friend's birthday dinner. One of the gifts she received from her sister was this porcelain bottle topper stopper thing. I had the f/1.4 with me again, so I took a shot and I thought it looked pretty cool. I like how the bottle is very OOF, but you can still tell that it's bottle, or is that just me?
