So I bought a new (used) Sigma 50mm f1.4! I've been borrowing my buddy's Canon 50mm for almost a year now, and I decided it was time to own my own. I went with the Sigma because it was cheaper than a new Canon, and I also read a little bit about how the wider (77mm) diameter helped with softer bokeh. They weren't kidding! I did a few tests yesterday with both lenses and I'm definitely in love with it. (but not as much as my macro lens.)

In other news, I found a website that makes logos for you. www.LogoNerds.com I had some made and I started a thread over on DGrin.com to get some feedback. Please tell me what you think!

Crocus in Princeton. They're not any smarter than a Crocus in Texas.
All I had on me was a wide angle lens today, so this is what I ended up with. I would've loved to get a macro of this, but it's good to branch out once and a while.

Same tulip, but finally in actual sunlight.
The last 2 tulip shots were lighting from various incandescent and fluorescent sources. It was a very nice, sunny day, so the camera went outside.

The same tulips from the other day in different light...
I haven't had the motivation to go out much lately.
My leg has been hurting a little more than usual. (Thanks to a lack of a prescription drug)
