Henry and Liza

This is a shot from my second photo session yesterday. This is the only photo I've processed so far. I have plenty of time to work on them tonight at work, though.

As I photograph more and more people in setup situations, I'm slowly realizing my faults. I'm terrible at directing people, and telling them what to do. I think that problem stems from two things: 1) I don't consider myself experienced or knowledgeable enough to start ordering people around, and 2) everyone I've photographed so far has been friends and co-workers. I would imagine that it is much less difficult to order strangers around. Any Advice?

Self Portrait - Because it's been a while.

Some of you Smuggers take daily self portraits, or at least partial ones... I would rather stick a fork in my eye.

Anyhow, here's me. One of my friends already told me that I look possessed in this pic (probably due to my left eye going a little cross-eyed), and someone else made fun of my hat. The only thing I noticed is that one of my teeth looks shorter than the rest. Hillary? Can you fix that?

Here's a few other shots.
Matt Pilsner > I was really on the phone, not just posing. Anyone who knows me well, will know that I'm almost never on the phone, so this is not the greatest self revealing portrait of myself.

Matt Pilsner > Crooked glasses.

Apparently, they're always like that, and no one ever told me.

This is a bit photoshopped. I liked the lighting in the picture, but I made it a lot more saturated. I also cut out the background and made it black. Most people find this to be a weird picture of me because I don't have my glasses on. One of these days I might work on making the eyes pop more.
