Matt Pilsner > March 5, 2009 Playing with Fire again. Here are some other shots. Getting good shots of matches being lit is probably much easier than getting shots of liquid drops, but I still find it challenging. It is a game of luck, because every match creates a different amount of light. I thought the Halo around this one was pretty awesome looking, but of course it ended up behind the match and out of focus.

Matt Pilsner > January 10, 2009 Want to save some money? ... Quit Smoking About a year ago, I purchased a pack of cigarettes as a prop for some photography. I was amazed at how much they cost. Anyhow, I still had a few left, so I emptied one out this morning. I'm not very impressed with the results, but as they say, you are your hardest critic.
